Sharee Pemberton was a student of Julia's during the time the original "Artist's Way" was conceived and written. Sharee used the principles of Julia's teaching to write and sell her own book "Murder in Winnetka." Dividing her time between writing and producing Sharee has worked as a copywriter, producer with Tony Award winner Michael Leavitt; the Chicago Film Critics Association as Executive Producer of the annual Awards Show, hosted by Roger Ebert, for over ten years; and Producer for the USO Shows with Gary Sinise. She also teaches screenwriting for MediaBridge at Facets in Chicago.
